And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:18

We serve a God who is faithful to hearing and answering our prayers. Pray often for our campers, staff and your ministry this summer. Prayer is the most effective way we can prepare for the summer ahead.

Fill out your paperwork

You’ll receive 3 rounds of paperwork. Please, fill out these required forms and submit them as soon as possible. You can find extra copies of the paperwork in the Staff Paperwork .zip file.

I-9 Form
Fill out section 1. Bring the original copies of the documents on page 2.
Most commonly brought: Driver’s License AND Birth Certificate; Driver’s License AND SS Car; OR Passport

W-4 Form
Fill out page 1 & 3 and submit it.

FBI Fingerprinting Clearance (IdentoGO)
Follow the instructions to set up your in-person appointment. These must be completed prior to arriving at Camp. Bring the original copy of your results with you to Camp or have the results mailed directly to us.

PA Child Abuse Clearance
You’ll receive an individualized payment code from us. Process your clearance using that code.

PA Criminal Record Clearance
Fill out the Clearance Requirements form and we’ll run this background check for you.

Direct Deposit Form
Fill it out and submit it.

Worker’s Compensation Form
Fill it out and submit it.

MINORS’ INFO

Off Property Policy & Permission Slip
All staff minors must have parental permission to leave property. Please, review this policy with your parents/guardians. Sign and submit this form.

Work Permits
All staff minors who are being paid for their work this summer must acquire a work permit. Pennsylvania residents should acquire a work permit through their local school district. Out-of-state residents must apply for a work permit through Halifax Area School District.

Take The Online FIRST AID/ CPR/ AED CoURSE

You’re responsible for completing the online learning portion of the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/ CPR/ AED through the American Red Cross, prior to arriving at Camp. We’ll complete the skills session during Orientation. Set up your account and complete the course with this link.

Once you’ve completed the online learning portion, please, submit your completion certificate via the Staff Portal.
