Be an ambassador for the vision and implementation of sharing the gospel with campers all summer. Assist Program Director in leading summer staff
Lead activities for your campers (set up, explain, tear down)
Serve as a host in all areas of Sylvan View programming
Finalize pre-made SV schedules and implement them
Previously served on summer staff preferred
PROGRAM DIRECTOR’s ASSISTANT (PDA)
Effective and organized communication skills
Supervise & resource some support staff roles
Manage camper check-in on Sundays
Oversee summer staff meetings and communications
Assist Program Director
Other programmatic help as needed
DAY CAMP DIRECTOR
Plan and schedule Day Camp activities
Write or edit 8 week age appropriate curriculum
Supervise Day Camp staff & scheduling
Professional communication with parents
Lead activities
Men’s & Women’s Directors
Minimum age of 24 strongly preferred
Lead, guide and supervise counseling team
Plan and/or teach weekly staff worship and Bible studies
Heart for college age students; seek out, mentor and disciple staff
Embrace Anabaptist perspective in Bible teaching
Other programmatic help as needed

Minimum age of 20 preferred; returning staff helpful
Supervise, disciple and schedule LITs
Plan, lead and facilitate daily/ weekly Bible studies
Communicate and create schedules with many departments
Other programmatic duties as needed
