Leaders-In-Training
Are you looking for a summer experience that will help you grow in leadership and in faith? Then our LIT Program is for you! Our Leaders-in-Training program includes two different roles at Camp—Counselor-in-Training (CIT) and Staff-in-Training (SIT). Under the supervision of our LIT Directors, our LITs will have the opportunity to serve in a Christ-centered community, develop their leadership skills as they lead activities, and deepen their faith as they participate in Bible studies and worship. This is a great way for teens to get their first experience working on Camp Hebron's summer staff.
